Ugh, I have another 2 days of class before my vacation without the internet! It is going to be wonderful and stress-free!! First one in a LOOOOONG time. Can't wait!

Don't like tea, substituted it with hot chocolate. Heat seems to help, gonna get ice cream later I think to see if that helps too.

Sore throat : ton of remedies but I'll give you those that work for me

Grate some ginger, make it boil and filter it.
Then start making a lemonade (2 or 3 limes for 1L) then instead of adding sugar, add a few spoons of honey.
Mix the two things and fill the bottle with water.

You could drink the whole bottle in one shot, but you can take your time (also don't forget to shake before because the ginger will fall to the bottom of the bottle over a few minutes). After 1-2 days you should feel a lot better.

(You could also not add honey but then you may really dislike the taste, but the effects will be better).

Who knows, maybe Azzer is an ancient MMA fighter xD.

Another remedy is to make an infusion with young guava leaves. Drink it while it's hot, cold will do nothing and will taste bad (although I'm not sure you can get guava leaves xD).

Lastly you could eat a few grains of cooking salt (a few, not a whole bag xD).

Yeah, i really draw crowds i guess...

Pffft MMA is for pussíes they can't hit the balls or sausage, and no poking eyes out... that said, i hate ANY form of fighting, never had to either, i'm a big guy, and people respect me for that reason... people are weird.
